Policies

Carry Ins: No food or drink carry ins are permitted with the exception of a professional catering service.
Catering Upcharge: There will be a 25% upcharge for using an outside caterer.
Event Setup: A tent is available for rent but guests are responsible for arranging tables, chairs, linens, table settings, decor, entertainment and other desired event arrangements.
Noise: No disruptive or excessively loud noise after 10:00 PM.
Cancellation & Refunds: A full refund will be honored if an event is cancelled within 4 months of the booked date, a partial (half) refund will be issued for events cancelled within 2 months, and no refund will be issued for any events cancelled within 1 month of the scheduled rental date.
