Policies

Carry Ins: No food or drink carry ins are permitted with the exception of a professional catering service.

​

Catering Upcharge: There will be a 25% upcharge for using an outside caterer.

​

Event Setup: We will provide basic setup and tear down. Any additional decor, entertainment and other desired event arrangements will be discussed and agreed upon in the final contract.

​

Noise: No disruptive or excessively loud noise after 10:00 PM.

​

Cancellation & Refunds: A full refund will be honored if an event is cancelled within 4 months of the booked date, a partial (half) refund will be issued for events cancelled within 2 months, and no refund will be issued for any events cancelled within 1 month of the scheduled rental date.
